Our three-phase induction motors are packaged using specialized anti-vibration and moisture-proof packaging designed for export, which is fully suitable for long-distance transport by sea, air, and land. To address issues such as jolts, humidity, and salt spray during overseas transport, we have implemented multi-layered protective measures to ensure the goods arrive at the customer’s location in perfect condition. The packaging process and protective measures are as follows:
1. Inner Layer Protection: The motor surface is first wrapped in moisture-proof film and coated with specialized anti-rust oil to prevent moisture and salt fog from corroding the surface and windings during transport. A plastic protective sleeve is fitted over the shaft extension to prevent impact damage.
2. Middle Layer Protection: The motor is placed within thickened bubble wrap and foam cushioning pads, which fill the gaps between the motor and the carton to absorb shock from transport vibrations and prevent the motor from shifting or colliding.

3. Outer Packaging: We use 5-layer thickened corrugated cardboard boxes (for low-power motors) or fumigated solid wood pallets/crates (for high-power motors). The wooden crates undergo IPPC fumigation heat treatment and are stamped with the IPPC logo, meeting the wooden packaging requirements of customs authorities worldwide. No additional fumigation certificate is required, allowing for direct customs clearance. The wooden crates are reinforced with steel straps, offering high load-bearing capacity and resistance to drops and compression.
4. Labeling: The outer packaging clearly displays product model, quantity, gross weight, net weight, moisture-proof, shock-proof, and “This Side Up” labels in both Chinese and English to facilitate logistics handling and customer inspection.
All packaging for three-phase asynchronous motors has passed international shipping drop and vibration tests and meets protection standards. Even after dozens of days of ocean transport, the motors will not suffer from rust, dents, deformation, or moisture damage to the windings. If customers have special packaging requirements, such as custom wooden crates, label application, or the addition of waterproof film, we can accommodate these requests free of charge to ensure safe transport. If the motor is damaged due to packaging issues, our company will assume full responsibility and provide a free replacement or repair.
