Our company has established a rigorous end-to-end quality control system. From raw material procurement to finished product delivery, we conduct 12 quality inspection procedures in accordance with the ISO 9001 international quality management system. Every motor undergoes comprehensive testing to ensure zero-defect product quality. The quality control process is as follows:

Raw Material Inspection: Core raw materials such as silicon steel sheets, winding wire, bearings, and insulation materials are sourced from reputable suppliers. Before being put into stock, they undergo material composition testing and performance testing. Non-conforming materials are immediately returned to prevent substandard raw materials from entering the production process.

In-Process Quality Inspection: Dedicated quality control personnel monitor every production stage—including stator winding, rotor die-casting, motor assembly, and vacuum impregnation—to ensure production precision and process quality. Any issues are immediately rectified to guarantee compliance at each stage.

Final Product Inspection: Upon completion, finished motors undergo comprehensive performance testing, including insulation resistance, withstand voltage, temperature rise, noise, vibration, load, efficiency, and protection rating tests. Only after all metrics meet international standards are the motors labeled with a certificate of conformity and stored in inventory.

Pre-shipment Re-inspection: Prior to shipment, we conduct a final inspection of the motor’s appearance, packaging, specifications, and accessories to ensure they match the order, with no dents or damage. Each shipment is accompanied by a complete quality inspection report and certification documents.

All testing equipment consists of imported, high-precision instruments that provide accurate data. Each motor has a unique production number and quality inspection record, enabling full traceability throughout the production process. We guarantee a 100% pass rate for shipped motors.
