What are the noise and vibration specifications for three-phase induction motors, and do they comply with in

The noise and vibration specifications of our three-phase induction motors far exceed international standards. They operate quietly and smoothly without causing noise pollution, and comply with environmental noise standards in regions such as the European Union and the Americas. The specific specifications are as follows:

Noise Specifications: For low-power motors (0.75 kW–15 kW), operating noise is ≤55 dB, equivalent to the sound of normal conversation; for medium- and high-power motors (18.5 kW–315 kW), operating noise is ≤65 dB. These motors strictly adhere to the IEC 60034-9 international noise standard, produce no harsh noise, and are suitable for workshops, office equipment, and indoor installations with high noise sensitivity requirements.

Vibration Specifications: Motor vibration velocity ≤ 1.8 mm/s, compliant with the IEC 60034-14 international vibration standard. The motor runs smoothly with no noticeable vibration, ensuring that vibration does not affect equipment precision or damage connected devices. It is suitable for high-precision machine tools, automated production lines, and precision instrumentation.

Key factors behind low noise and low vibration: High-precision machining equipment is used; the motor rotor and stator undergo precise dynamic balancing; imported silent bearings are employed; end caps and motor frames feature high-precision fit; and the fan and shroud are optimally designed to minimize airflow noise. All motors undergo noise and vibration testing before shipment and are only released upon passing these tests, with test reports provided.

If customers have stricter requirements for noise and vibration, we can customize specialized low-noise, low-vibration motors. By further optimizing dynamic balancing and bearing configurations, noise levels can be reduced to below 50 decibels, with vibration velocity ≤1.2 mm/s. This meets the stringent requirements of high-end equipment, enhancing the quality and competitiveness of our customers’ systems.
